Every drop is triple distilled giving a lighter, smoother and more floral character than most of their counterparts. This malt is another gorgeously summery dram, perfect for balmy evenings, but with a very grown-up feel. Pull the stopper of this 18 Year Old - matured in a combination of ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks - to discover notes of tangy citrus, green tea, spring blossom, fresh flowers, praline, toasted almonds, chestnut puree and picnics in the long grass. The addition of Sherry influence to the recipe adds a little more indulgence to the dram than you might have found in previous bottlings.
