Boxer Gin is named after Tom King, the very first Heavyweight Champion of the World. Apparently, he knocked back a shot of gin before leaping into the ring for one of his bare-knuckle bouts. Crafted in a London Dry style using a 115-year-old copper pot still and wild Himalayan juniper harvested from the slopes of Mount Everest, this is a towering gin that really packs a punch. A left jab of citrussy bergamot, Seville orange and lemon, is followed by a right hook of cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg and coriander, before being floored by an uppercut of angelica, orris root, and liquorice. It's a knockout, especially in a Martini. The gloves are off, and we're ready to ring the bell for Round Two.£5 per 100.00ml
