This low-temperature and low-pressure method captures the aromatic flavour components and colour pigments derived from the grape skins, without the requirement for any additives or artificial flavourings. The result is an iconic vodka that's as summery, elegant and refreshing as a Provençal breeze, bringing delicate wafts of strawberry sorbet, white blossom and crunchy peaches.
