A blend of specially selected aged rums - the youngest being no less than 15 years of age - El Dorado 15 Year Old is a blend of spirits from the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills plus the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, which are blended to perfection and aged in old Bourbon oak casks. What emerges from those precious barrels is packed with marmalade, dark chocolate, barbequed tropical fruit, prunes, oaky spices and a combo of vanilla and coffee that reminds us of affogato.
