Ferrari Trento were crowned'Sparkling Wine Producer of the Year'at The Champagne&Sparkling Wine World Championships in 2021. For this luxurious release, they've selected a gorgeous Blanc de Blancs. A Trentodoc is a sparkling wine produced using the classic method (the same as Champagne) and hand-picked grapes grown on the slopes of the mountains of Trentino. This one has been aged on the lees (the spent yeast that gives the greatest sparkling wines their creamy, nutty and bready character) for 38 months, which is two more than even vintage Champagne requires. Each one has the name'Miami'emblazoned on the bottle and gift box, and the latter also includes the Formula 1 logo. Expect to see similar bottles being shaken up and popped on the podium at the Miami Grand Prix. Velvety soft with notes of ripe apple and citrus, toasted hazelnuts, pebble beaches and freshly baked crusty bread, this is an exceptionally stylish piece of winemaking and far too good to be sprayed all over the place.
