Booker Noe, Jim Beam's great grandson, created the renowned small-batch collection of which Knob Creek belongs. The long ageing process of Knob Creek creates an oaky, toasty and spicy profile. It's generously mouth-filling, with sophisticated notes of candy floss, apple strudel, hazelnut praline, dark chocolate, black pepper, buttered rye bread toast, walnut oil, vanilla, caramel and charred oak make a complex, idiosyncratic mix.
