The Kyoto Distillery KI NO BI Gin Gift Pack, 600ml, Japan, ABV 48.43%
KI NO BI was the first Japanese gin made in Kyoto, crafted using a rice-based spirit, pure water from the Fushimi sake-brewing district and an array of Japanese botanicals, such as yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo, red shiso, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sansho berries. This incredible producer has been named Craft Distiller of the Year (Icons of Gin 2019) and International Gin Producer of the Year (International Wine&Spirits Competition 2018). Now, you can introduce yourself to The Kyoto Distillery's range via this exquisite KI NO BI Gin Gift Pack, containing 20cl bottles of the following: KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin 200ml, 45.7%: This is the classic gin that sparked the distillery's meteoric rise to fame. Although warmed gently on the finish by the spicy lift of ginger, it's as fresh as a walk through a bamboo grove on a misty morning. KI NO TEA Kyoto Dry Gin 200ml, 45.1%: Created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender, Hori-Shichimeien, this version includes Tencha and Gyokuro tea harvested from the Okunoyama tea yard, which dates back to the 1300s. This adds notes of creamy white chocolate and aromas of roasted green tea into the mix. Perfect for afternoon tea cocktails. KI NO BI"SEI"Kyoto Dry Gin 200ml, 54.5%: Made using the same eleven botanicals as KI NO BI, but bottled at British Navy Strength, resulting a thicker mouthfeel, more power and a punchier cocktail.£10 per 100.00ml
