Here, they're creating small batch golden rum and infusing it with vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and exotic dried fruits. It's then lovingly filled into a gorgeous ceramic bottle designed by Manchester artist Dave Draws, featuring a hand-penned map of the city.
